Privacy Policy

In short: we don't store voice recordings, we don't ask for a child's name, school or photo, practice answers are deleted from our server within 2 hours, and there are no ads and no tracking.

1. Who we are

English Communication and Confidence Mentoring by Payal Gupta provides StageReady Basic and decides how the information below is used. Children may use StageReady Basic with a parent's or guardian's permission, so we protect every learner's information with the care the law requires for children.

We do not collect a child's full name, age, photo, school, location, contacts or phone number. We do not use advertising, tracking, profiling or behavioural monitoring, and we never sell information.

3. Services that help us

Deepgram turns the spoken answer into words. We switch off its model-improvement programme for every answer, so it keeps the audio only for as long as it takes to process it.
Anthropic (Claude) reads the words (never the voice) and writes the short feedback. Anthropic does not use them to train its AI, and deletes them within 30 days (kept longer only if needed to investigate misuse).
Railway runs our server.
Razorpay (India) takes the payment. Its payment button on our start page is loaded from Razorpay. We never see your card details or UPI PIN.

Deepgram, Anthropic and Railway are located in the United States. They process the information only to provide their service to us, under their own terms.

4. On your device

We use one session cookie to keep the practice going, and your browser remembers your access code on your own device so starting again is quick. No advertising or tracking cookies.

5. The report

The report is created for you to save or print. We do not keep a copy after the practice is deleted, so please save it before pressing Exit.

6. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent (stop using the service and press Exit, which deletes the current practice at once), nominate someone to act for you, and complain to us. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Contact and complaints

8. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you before it applies and, where needed, ask for your consent again.
