1. About these terms

StageReady Basic (Basic Sentence Making in English) is a spoken English practice provided by English Communication and Confidence Mentoring by Payal Gupta ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between us and you, the adult who signs up ("you"). By ticking the box and starting, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can sign up

• You must be 18 or older. You are the account holder.
• StageReady Basic can be used by adults and by children. A child (under 18) may use it only with the permission of their parent or legal guardian, who is the account holder. If a child will use it, you confirm that you are that child's parent or legal guardian and that you agree to the child taking part.
• Please stay nearby while a child practises, especially at the start.

3. What the service does

• The learner looks at pictures, answers questions out loud, and gets short, encouraging feedback and a report you can save.
• The feedback is written by artificial intelligence (AI), not by a person. AI can make mistakes, including mishearing words.
• It is practice, not a test. It is not a medical, psychological, educational or developmental assessment, and it does not certify any level of English.

4. Price and payment

• StageReady Basic — Founding Pilot Access: ₹199, a one-time payment for one month of access, paid through our secure Razorpay checkout. After we confirm your payment, we send your family's own access code. Your month starts on the day we send the code.
• No automatic renewal. We never charge you again without asking you first.
• You can stop using StageReady Basic at any time. Refunds are given where the law requires it.
• Fair use: one family's access code is for that family's own use. Daily practice limits may apply so the service stays fast and affordable for everyone.

5. Using it properly

Please do not share your access code outside your family, try to break or overload the service, or use it to record anyone without their permission. We may pause or end access that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

6. Our content

The pictures, questions, sounds, design and reports belong to us. You may save and print your reports for your family's own use. The words spoken during practice are yours.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep StageReady Basic running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during updates or internet problems. We may improve or change the service. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change applies.

8. Responsibility

The service is provided as it is, for practice. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

9. Ending

You can stop at any time by not renewing and by pressing Exit, which deletes the current practice. We may end the service with notice; if we do, we will refund any unused paid period.

10. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something is wrong, please tell us first and we will try to fix it quickly: JUSTPAYALIT@GMAIL.COM.
